Many fanatic illegal Israeli colonists invaded, Wednesday, the archeological site in Sebastia Palestinian town, north of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Mohammad Azem, the Mayor of Sebastia, stated that dozens of colonists, accompanied by many soldiers, invaded the archeological site in the town after the army closed the entire area and its surrounding to the Palestinians.

Azem added that the soldiers also brought a military bulldozer during the invasion.

Sebastia is subject to constant Israeli invasions, especially when the soldiers and the illegal colonists enter the town to drive to the archaeological site.

During these invasions, the soldiers block all Palestinian traffic, in addition to frequently storming homes, abduct Palestinians, and attack protesters.
